The purchase of a property is probably the most significant investment that we will make at any stage in our lives.

While standard home movers surveys will bring to light any potentially significant problems with the fabric of the building they will not look in detail at each element of the buildings services and roof.

We provide home pre-purchase surveys,helping home buyers to gain a real understanding of the workings of a property. Surveys include:

 

 

• Pre-Purchase Roof Survey this will involve an in-depth survey of the roof(s) and provides full details of the roofing problems along with a cost estimate to carry out the repairs

 

• Pre-Purchase Drain Basic “look and see Survey” or a full CCTV survey which will provide a full report on the condition of the drains.

 

• Pre-Purchase Plumbing Survey we will review all visible supply and waste pipe work and all associated water storage units and you will be provided with a report on the age and state of this installation

 

• Pre-Purchase Survey to highlight the cost and what is needed to bring the property to a tenantable standard for letting agents.
